Consultations

When we make proposals that we think help make land registration easier, we always discuss them in user groups and other forums.

If any of them significantly affect practice or procedures, we consult formally.

Anyone can comment during a Land Registry consultation. The discussion period normally lasts for 12 weeks and the observations we receive can make a difference. You can either respond by email or by post.

Changes to the Network Access Agreement and the Technical Manual Part 1 – Electronic Document Registration Service.

Consultation period 10 June 2013 to 5 July 2013

The consultation seeks views on our proposal to amend the Network Access Agreement and the Technical Manual Part 1. If we implement the changes set out in the consultation they will enable e-DRS access for all business customers from whom we accept paper applications.
