Student Money Week 2016 – be part of the conversation this February

01 February 2016

Student Finance England’s annual Student Money Week returns this month – an online student finance awareness campaign aimed at students, and their parents and sponsors.

The week-long programme which starts on Monday, February 8 and runs until Sunday, February 14 will include a series of live online webchats, events, and daily finance surgeries.

Mark Cassidy, Executive Director of Customer Services and Operations at the Student Loans Company, said: “With applications opening soon, we’re keen to help new and continuing students make sure their finances are in shape for the next academic year. Student Money Week is a great opportunity to join an informative discussion, get answers to all your student finance questions and gain access to a wealth of information and resources.”

So whether they are preparing to apply for student finance, thinking about postgraduate study, or about to enter repayment – both new and returning students can put their questions to SFE’s student finance experts who will be on hand all week providing advice and information on money, student funding, and a whole host of university-related topics.

The online events will be hosted on the dedicated Student Finance England area of The Student Room – in support of NASMA’s National Student Money Week.

Be part of the conversation by visiting thestudentroom.co.uk/studentmoneyweek between 8-14 February and don’t forget to follow #SMW2016 on SFE’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels for updates.
