Tribunal Judge: Death in service

The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, the Senior President of Tribunals, Sir Jeremy Sullivan and the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP, were saddened to learn of the death of Judge Graham John Davies on 1 April 2014.

Graham John Davies (65) was called to the Bar (I) in 1971. He was appointed as an Immigration Adjudicator (part time) in 2001, as a Deputy Regional Immigration Adjudicator in 2003 (now known as Tribunal Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) and, in 2010, as a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
