Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeal Chamber: Rowley
HM The Queen has appointed Alison Claire Rowley to be a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal, assigned to the Administrative Appeals Chamber, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
She will take up post with effect from 28 April 2014.

Alison Claire Rowley, aged 49, will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Rowley. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1987. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Deputy Social Security Child Support Commissioner (becoming Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Chamber) in 2000, as a Deputy District Judge in 2001 and as a Salaried District Judge in 2006.
