Circuit Bench Retirement - Wood
His Honour Judge David Russell Wood retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 14 December 2013.

His Honour Judge Wood (65) was called to the Bar (G) in 1973. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1985, as a Recorder in 1989 and as a Circuit Judge in 1995. He was appointed President of the Council of Her Majesty’s Circuit Judges in 2008.
