Her Honour Judge Judith Mary Philomena Daley retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 January 2014.

Her Honour Judge Daley (65) was called to the Bar (G) in 1970. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1984, a Recorder in 1989 and a Circuit Judge in 1994.
