Tribunal Judge Retirement: Summers

Tribunal Judge Summers (69) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1969. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (now known as Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)) in 1997 and Principal Judge of Criminal Injuries Compensation (Social Entitlement Chamber) in 2010.
