District Bench Retirement - Pelly

District Judge Philip Harold Pelly retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 April 2014.

Notes to editors

District Judge Pelly (65) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1977. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1992 and a District Judge in 1997.
