Circuit Judge Appointment - Davey QC

The Queen has appointed Neil Martin Davey QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Bradford Combined Court Centre with effect from 10 February 2014.

Neil Martin Davey QC, aged 61, will be known as His Honour Judge Davey QC. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1978 and took Silk in 2001. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1999 and as a Recorder in 2000.
