Appointment of a Circuit Judge: Holt
The Queen has appointed Karen Jane Holt to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Aylesbury and Amersham Crown Courts with effect from 24 March 2014.

Karen Jane Holt, aged 49, will be known as Her Honour Judge Karen Holt. She was called to the Bar (L) in 1987. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2009.
