Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber - McMahon

The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP, has appointed Elizabeth Ann McMahon to be a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, to exercise the Social Security and Child Support jurisdiction within that Chamber, based at Central London.

She will take up post with effect from 3 March 2014.

Elizabeth Ann McMahon, aged 37, will be known as Tribunal Judge McMahon. She was called to the Bar in 2004 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2013. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber (Social Security and Child Support) in 2011
