Appointment of a Circuit Judge - Smith
The Queen has appointed Warwick Timothy Cresswell Smith to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Northampton Crown and County Court with effect from 24 March 2014.

Warwick Timothy Cresswell Smith, aged 54, will be known as His Honour Judge Timothy Smith. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1982. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder and as a Recorder both in 2000.
