Circuit Bench Retirement: Horowitz QC
His Honour Judge Michael Horowitz QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 19 October 2013.

His Honour Judge Horowitz QC (70) was called to the Bar (L) in 1968, took silk in 1990 and became a Bencher in 1997. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1987 and a Recorder in 1991. He was authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge (Family Division) in 1993 and appointed a Circuit Judge in 2004.
