Circuit Bench Retirement - Barclay
His Honour Judge Paul Robert Barclay retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 13 December 2013.

His Honour Judge Barclay (65) was called to the Bar (M) in 1972. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992, a Recorder in 1996 and a Circuit Judge in 1998. He was appointed the Designated Family Judge for Bristol in 2008.
