District Judge Appointment - Stuart

The Queen has appointed Graham Stuart to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has assigned him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester Civil Justice Centre with effect from 1 November 2013.

Notes to editors

Graham Stuart, aged 59, will be known as District Judge Stuart. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2003.
