Appointment of a High Court Judge - Andrews

The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of Miss Geraldine Mary Andrews, Q.C., to be a Justice of the High Court with effect from 1 October 2013 on the elevation of Mr. Justice Fulford.

The Lord Chief Justice will assign Miss Andrews to the Queen’s Bench Division.

Notes for editors

Miss Andrews, 54, was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 1981 and took Silk in 2001. She was appointed a Recorder in 2001 and is approved to sit as a deputy High Court Judge.
