Circuit Bench Retirement: Orme

His Honour Judge Orme (66) was called to the Bar (G) in 1970. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1984, a Recorder in 1988, a Circuit Judge in 1992 and a Liaison Probation Judge for the West Midland Probation Board from 1996 to 2008 and West Midland and Staffordshire Probation Board from 2008 to 2012. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Restricted Patients Panel (Health Education and Social Care Chamber) in 2001 (now known as Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Health Education and Social Care Chamber)).
