Circuit Bench Retirement - Caddick
His Honour Judge David William Caddick retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 March 2014.

His Honour Judge Caddick (68) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1970. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1983, a District Judge in 1987 and Nominated District Care Judge for the Medway Care Centre from 1991 to 2004. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992, Chairman of the South East Circuit District Judges Association from 1995 to 1998, a Recorder in 1998 and a Circuit Judge in 2004.
