His Honour Judge Richard Winston Atterton Bray retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 12 April 2014.

His Honour Judge Bray (69) was called to the Bar (M) in 1970. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1983, a Recorder in 1987 and a Circuit Judge in 1993.
