District Bench Retirement - Rutland

District Judge Barry Ian Rutland retires from the District Bench with effect from 2 March 2014.

Notes to editors

District Judge Rutland (66) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1976. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1991 and a District Judge in 1994.
