District Judge Appointment: Burgher

The Queen has appointed Carole Tracey Burgher to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Milton Keynes County Court with effect from 6 May 2014.

Notes to editors

Carole Tracey Burgher, aged 51, will be known as District Judge Burgher. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2008.
