Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeal Chamber - Mitchell
HM The Queen has appointed Edward Andrew Paul Mitchell to be a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal, assigned to the Administrative Appeals Chamber, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
He will take up post with effect from 14 April 2014.

Edward Andrew Paul Mitchell, aged 42, will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Mitchell. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber (Social Security and Child Support), in 2011, as a Fee-paid Lawyer Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal (Wales) in 2013 and as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber (Social Security and Child Support) on 10 March 2014.
