Appointment of a District Judge: Harper

The Queen has appointed Kevin Adrian Harper to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at both Hastings County Court and Eastbourne County Court with effect from 30 June 2014.

Kevin Adrian Harper, aged 44, will be known as District Judge Kevin Harper. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010 and as a Fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the First-tier (Social Entitlement Chamber) in 2013.
