Circuit Bench Retirement: McMullen QC
His Honour Judge Jeremy John McMullen QC retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 18 October 2013.

His Honour Judge McMullen QC (65) was called to the Bar (M) in 1971, started practice in 1985, took silk in 1994 and 1996 (Northern Ireland) and became a Bencher in 2010. He was appointed part-time Chairman of the Employment Tribunals in 1994, an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000, a Circuit Judge and Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 2001. He was appointed Senior Circuit Judge in 2006 and a Deputy High Court Judge (Queen’s Bench Division) in 2007.
