District Judge Appointment - Heppell

The Queen has appointed Nicholas Fergus Neill Heppell to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has assigned him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Wakefield County Court, with effect from 3 December 2013.

Nicholas Fergus Neill Heppell, 45, will be known as District Judge Heppell. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2004.
