Circuit Judge Retirement - Hagen

Her Honour Judge Hagen (71) was called to the Bar (I) in 1974. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1987 a Recorder in 1990 and a Circuit Judge in 1993. She was appointed Legal Member of the Restricted Patients Panel (now known as Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health Education and Social Care Chamber)) in 2001, has been a Member of the Parole Board since 2004 and appointed Judge by Request of the First-tier Tribunal (Health Education and Social Care Chamber) in 2012.
