Circuit Judge Appointment: Mousley

The Queen has appointed Timothy John Mousley QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Western Circuit, based at Swindon Combined Court with effect from 2 December 2013.

Timothy John Mousley QC, aged 57, will be known as His Honour Judge Mousley QC. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1979 and took Silk in 2003. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1998 and as a Recorder in 2000.
