Surveyor Member (Upper Tribunal) Retirement - Rose

Mr Norman John Rose retires with effect from 23 October 2013.

Mr Rose (70) was appointed a Surveyor Member of the Lands Tribunal (England and Wales) in 1998 (now known as Surveyor Member of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)).
