Geoengineering is in its infancy, and research is required, to reduce uncertainties about the various methods and their impacts should they be required in the future. Research Councils Energy programme intends to provide support to research within the Climate Geoengineering remit. We aim to fund research which will allow informed and intelligent assessments about the development of Climate Geoengineering technologies.
Research Councils Energy programme will be holding a one day workshop which aims to identify the priority themes for future funding activities within Geoengineering.
