Annette Davies-Govett

Annette is responsible for the Commercial and Customer Directorate, whose primary purpose is to form, refine and act upon Land Registry's customer and customer contact strategies.

The Commercial and Customer Directorate work towards fulfilling Land Registry's aim to offer a range of products and services to citizens and business customers. The aim is to offer this within a regulated framework that ensures fair pricing, equitable access, efficient delivery and a commitment to meeting customer needs at an acceptable cost to both Land Registry and the customer.

As a member of the Land Registry Board and a Director of the business Annette has shared responsibility for leading and managing the business and for supporting the Chief Executive. Annette is also the Land Registry Board Champion for LGBT related issues.

Product Development and Management Team
Marketing and Sales Department
Customer Service and Handling Department

Annette has 20 years' experience in marketing, business development, customer engagement and insight in the private sector.

Annette has held previous roles with BAA and National Express as Commercial Director for Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Express, and Marketing, Sales and Customer Services Director for National Express Trains Division having previously worked for Continental Airlines, P&O, Jersey European Airways (Flybe) and has run a Marketing, CRM consultancy and Advertising Agency.

Annette joined Land Registry in 2008.
