The results of the 2012 Staff Engagement Survey for Land Registry have been published.

The survey ran for the whole of October and Land Registry had a response rate of 76%, compared to 64% last year.
The survey is part of the annual Civil Service People Survey, the fourth time a civil service-wide survey has been conducted. It is the largest of its kind in Britain, involving 97 organisations and nearly 300,000 people.

Land registry’s index score has risen from 45% to 48%, whilst we are pleased to see this improvement we will continue to work with people at all levels across the organisation to understand the findings from this years’ results, both locally and nationally, and to identify areas for further improvement.
