Milestone partnership arrangement unveiled for HMCS

The Lord Chancellor, Jack Straw, and the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, today announced the formation of a new partnership arrangement for the operation of Her Majesty's Courts Service (HMCS).
