Upper Tribunal - Immigration and Asylum Chamber Decisions

On 15 February 2010, Immigration and Asylum Chambers were established in both tiers of the Unified Tribunals framework created by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. The chambers replace the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
