Costs Conference

Speech by Sir Anthony May, President of the Queen's Bench Division

19/06/2009

“No one with any degree of familiarity with civil litigation can doubt but that the way we have come to handle costs is a serious impediment to access to justice. Civil litigation costs far too much.”
