In the light of the reporting of the injunction granted and undertakings given to Trafigura Mr Justice Tugendhat said this afternoon:
“The Court ordered on 13 October 2009, with the consent of the parties, that nothing in the previous orders shall prevent any person from reporting proceedings in Parliament.”
