People Survey 2011
The results of the 2011 Staff Engagement Survey for Land Registry have been published.
The survey ran from 20 September to 21 October and Land Registry had a response rate of 64%, compared to 54% last year.
The survey is part of the annual Civil Service People Survey, the third time a civil service-wide survey has been conducted. It is the largest of its kind in Britain, involving 97 organisations and nearly 300,000 people.

Land registry’s index score has risen from 41% to 45%, whilst we are pleased to see this improvement we will continue to work with people at all levels across the organisation to understand the findings from this year, both locally and nationally, and identify areas for further improvement.
