Dicey Revisited: Separation of powers for the 21st century

Lord Justice Leveson - returning to the Faculty of Law where he once taught part-time - looked at the evolution of the concept of separation of powers, and gave a judicial perspective on the recent attempts to put this on a more official legal footing in the United Kingdom.

“The 21st century has already seen many constitutional changes and it would be foolish to pretend that the road along which we are travelling has necessarily come to an end.”
