A UK perspective on EU civil justice: Impact on domestic dispute resolution

On European Civil Justice Day, Sir Anthony Clarke speaks about the most important developments in European Union (EU) Civil Justice currently taking place which he hopes will enable UK citizens to enforce their rights.
