The President of the Family Division gave his perspective on two recent newsworthy issues:
- a review of the opening of the family courts to the media,
- and a review of the work of the Court of Protection.
Common issues included lack of funding, insufficient numbers of judges, calls for greater transparency and increasing workloads.
