EC response: The European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers

The response from the Commission acknowledges that the results of this gap analysis demonstrate that current guidance and practices in the UK already present a high level of compliance with the Charter and Code, and provides clarification to the UK where definitions contained within the Charter and Code may be open to ambiguity or mis-interpretation.
