Lord Justice Jackson's handout for the Legal Action Group

Lord Justice Jackson provided a lecture to the Legal Action Group in November 2010 in which he provided an overview and update on his review. As part of the lecture he circulated a handout which is reproduced here. The handout provides further calculations on the cumulative effect of the Review’s recommended reforms, illustrating that a majority of personal injury claimants would be better off if the reforms were implemented.
