Information on international family justice, international judicial relations and international work of the JSB
The Office of the Head of International Family Justice deals with legal queries and correspondence from judges, practitioners and other officials in the field of international family law, including direct correspondence with foreign judges.
The constitutional changes resulting from the Concordat and Constitutional Reform Act 2005 mean that the judiciary now manage their own international relations.
In addition to its training activities for judges and magistrates, the Judicial College is a member of a range of supra-national and international networks. The Director of International Training (Mrs Justice Dobbs) is responsible for this increasingly important aspect of the Judicial College's work
