Kadi, Fundamental Rights and The Rule of Law

I have to say that, when as an undergraduate at King’s, a short while ago now, I swapped economics for law, I hardly expected to find myself 45 years later returning to give a lecture to the Cambridge Law Society, never mind being invited to do so as Master of the Rolls. That I am doing so is a real pleasure.
