Capital One Bank (Europe) PLC change of name to Capital One (Europe) plc

Upon the application of Capital One Bank (Europe) plc to change its name to Capital One (Europe) plc.

It is ordered as follows:

  1. This order applies to all civil proceedings currently pending in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division), the High Court, and any County Court in which Capital One Bank (Europe) plc is a party.
  2. With effect from 19 November 2010, in all proceedings to which paragraph 1 applies there shall be substituted for the name “Capital One Bank (Europe) plc” the following: “Capital One (Europe) plc (formerly Capital One Bank (Europe) plc)”.
  3. Any party may apply to the court in which any such proceedings are pending for this order to be reconsidered in those proceedings.
  4. Service of this order is dispensed with but arrangements shall be made for the order to be given publicity.
