The contenders include a spectacular treetop walkway in Northamptonshire; the Evelina Children’s Hospital in Lambeth; the acclaimed National Assembly for Wales; an unusual water activities centre in Norfolk; and an ingenious engineering project to provide a new bridge at Paddington.
