We will never ask for all of your security information on the same screen. When verifying your account, we'll only ever ask for certain characters from your secret answer; never the full answer.

Data Protection

Secure certificate

Secure certificates are used to keep sensitive information sent across the Internet encrypted so that only the intended recipient can understand it. Double clicking on the padlock symbol or green address bar will display information relating to the authenticity of a website. On websites where we require you to enter personal details or retrieve account information, you can view the padlock symbol to check the site is genuine.


Worldpay Ltd provide repayment collection services to the Student Loan Company. Worldpay Ltd act as data processors on our behalf in this respect. Worldpay Ltd shall process the information you provide on our behalf only to process the collection of funds related to your repayment instruction.

Worldpay Ltd will not pass the information you provide to any third party other than the financial institution managing the chosen repayment method on your behalf. Further information in this respect can be found in the privacy policy of Worldpay Ltd.
