Please describe measures you have taken to ensure that an appropriate, safe and sensitive response can be implemented to support your staff in response to experience of stalking, violence or abuse in their lives, which has an effect on people in the workplace.
We have a lone working policy. All staff are encouraged to report any acts of violence or abuse to their managers from clients or any other member of staff. The business flags any areas of concern and ensures that appropriate measures are taken. Staff have access to an EAP service for confidential support.
