Release: Productivity Measures, Revised Methodology for Unit Wage Costs and Unit Labour Costs - Explanation and Impact

This article provides an explanation of how the methodology used to calculate Unit Wage Costs and Unit Labour Costs will change as of the Q2 2011 Labour Productivity release. The new methodology better reflects the wage and labour costs associated with the self-employed. Analysis of how these changes affect these series is included.
