Our policies

  1. Improving high streets and town centres

    Town centres across the country are being given the support and the opportunity to revitalise their high streets.

  2. Supporting economic growth through local enterprise partnerships and enterprise zones

    Local enterprise partnerships and enterprise zones have been created to drive public sector growth and reduce administrative burdens.

  3. Increasing the number of available homes

    We're helping to get Britain building again, through schemes like the NewBuy Guarantee, New Homes Bonus and loan guarantees for developers.
