Share your views about MMO

Marine Management Organisation (MMO) has today (Thursday 6 February) opened its fourth annual customer and stakeholder satisfaction survey.

The survey is available online from 6 February until 9 March 2014.

MMO Customer Service Manager John Gargett said "Our previous satisfaction surveys have given us a real insight into how our customers and stakeholders view MMO and the level of service we provide. This year we have added a number of optional questions to find out a little more about our customer and stakeholder base.

"We have made a number of positive changes to develop our organisation as a result of the feedback provided in previous surveys in 2012 and 2013. We are committed to continuous improvement and I would urge all of the people we serve and interact with to please take the time to complete the survey. I can assure you that your responses will enhance the level of service we provide."
